Morne du Preez is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa since August 2013. The firm’s aim is to provide dedicated legal services focusing on cost-effective solutions to small business owners and the general public. The firm specialises in High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation, Company Law, Property Law, Medical Law, Family Law and Debt Recoveries.

Small business owners and the general public cannot afford expensive legal fees due to economic & political pressures. The firm envisages designing and implementing a streamlined process that can be adapted to the specific needs of each separate client and to obtain the desired outcome as per the client’s instructions in a cost-effective way.
